To build the Jones West First-Time Home Buyer Program our brokers elect to donate a percentage of quarterly revenue to subsidize closing costs for qualified first-time home buyers. We’re thrilled to offer financial assistance to help people purchase their first home!
Once a buyer is approved for our program, they are eligible for financial assistance in the form of a subsidy for closing costs. These financial gifts vary each quarter and can help make home ownership more accessible and affordable — and most definitely more enjoyable!
