This sweet 3BR/2BA house on the acequia madre in Hondo is ready for you to put your stamp on it! The primary bath and kitchen have propane gas, electric and plumbing in place and are ready to be finished by the new Owner. The property is currently taxed as two Lots (.82ac and 1.02ac), so options abound for developing the 1.02 acre piece behind the house. The property is bordered on the South perimeter by the primary irrigation ditch lined with large old growth pinon and junipers. Nestled down in the green Hondo Valley, this house is literally minutes from the confluence of the Rio Hondo and the Rio Grande. Some of the best fishing, rafting and biking in Northern New Mexico is right out the door!
